Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy.

The Home Depot store that is closer to my home did not have a particular product in stock, so I visited this location instead. Prior to my visit, I had looked up certain products on Home Depot's website to determine their aisle and bay numbers in the store. Then when I was inside the store, I did not have to wander around to find the products, because I knew exactly where to walk.This store appeared to be well-stocked with appliances, tools, paint, plumbing supplies, building materials, and other merchandise. I appreciated that an employee asked me if I was finding what I needed. I used the self-checkout. I easily figured out how to scan and pay for my products. I now have the caulk tool, primer, paint brushes, and duct register to fix up my room!

These reviews are pretty old. It is hard to judge them on such old reviews. I went in yesterday and picked up some tools and got everything I needed. The staff was very smiley and helpful. My only complaint is not really anything they can do about. I hate self check out! Luckily there were lines open and people who could help you. Self checkout is annoying and people should get rid of it. Great supply of all the home things you need. Just ask for help finding something if you can't find it!

BUYER BEWARE! They delivered a stove to my address without us being home to accept it. Didn't get to unbox it right away. Stove is damaged and the store is refusing to let us return it. This was one of multiple delivery issues I've had with the Home Depot. They don't care about their customers. Avoid any large or valuable purchases from them!!

There today, Saturday, 7/23/22. Special ordered an antenna and didn’t know how to put it together (even with instructions). Mr. Bob Harris, who works there, gladly put it together for me. Best customer service and a big thank you to Bob Harris!

Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a slide in range and hood. Set up the delivery and waited all day. Nothing. Called the store to find out that my items were sold to a contractor. Since then the lack customer service team has manipulated their stories, lied in their notes and went as far as to contact corporate customer care to open a case for me. They opened a case unbeknownst to me to cover their lies. At this point they are telling me I have two days to make a decision. Corporate stated that it’s an artificial date. Go elsewhere. Definitely an integrity issue at this store.

placed an order online supposed to be delivered Feb. 3rd no order . called Feb 4th 8am took all day to find where my order was then no delivery until Feb 11th and now being told might not get delivered. rude people at this store. no concern for customer at all

Came here to get some last minutes items for some projects around the house. We had been out almost all day at other hardware stores and just decided that we would come here because it was sort of on our way home.To me, the felt like a smaller Home Depot than what I am use to. But that didn't hinder our experience. We kind of knew what we were looking for when we walked in and made sure to pick up each item and try to get on our way. We did end up browsing for a bit and obviously picking up some other items we didn't know we needed, but were glad we stumbled upon.We did have a few questions throughout and although you could tell that some of the associates were a bit tired from the day, they were very helpful. We made our way to the self pay checkouts and were out of the store fairly quickly.
