I just moved from another area, have a new healthcare provider, and UPMC made this my local pharmacy. Two Rx's. Picked them up today and the man who processed this just reached over and signed my name with his fingernail and did not even ask if I wanted a patient consultation and checked off other boxes on the screen that I should have checked off myself, without any explanation. One of the meds was $100, which is way higher than my previous provider. When I got home, I researched Rite Aid and the cost of this Rx. He could have offered a discount card or some assistance options in response to my comment about the high price, but he did not. Place was not even busy. I should have paid about $40 with their card, not $100, and I still need to check with my provider to find out if this was an overcharge anyway. I worked in health care a good part of my adult life, and this is not how one treats a patient. Going to contact UPMC and request a different pharmacy. I feel like such an idiot for accepting this price and just letting him sign off for me, but I was really sick today and the whole interaction was just so unbelievable to me. I just wanted to get out of there and never return again.

The Rhyno Windshield Cutter has been successful at removing passengers during severe car accidents. A must!

Walked into RiteAide to drop off a prescription and pick up a few things for around the house. Walked past a man who was leaning on a trash can smoking. Thought it a little weird but eh, to each his own. The place was like a ghost town. I did pass another woman in an isle in the back, she was pleasant. Asked if I needed help. I picked up the things I needed and headed to the front. Where I stood for about 15 minutes waiting for a cashier. Another customer came up and now we were both waiting. Then in walks the man who was leaning on the trash can smoking out front of the store. Who apparently was the cashier. Proceeds to start (expletive) whining that Karen was supposed to be watching the counter. "She" always does this to him. Not once did he apologize. Which generally does the trick. Towards the end of the transaction he looks at me creepily and calls me "honey". I have honestly never been more bothered by someone. I have since found a new place to get my prescriptions and other

Rhyno doesn't answer calls. It all goes to a mailbox. If you click on the website, it takes you to a pharmacy.Frustrated in NY

Overpriced. Over "caloried". I just don't get the appeal of this place. There are way better bagels and pastries out there for less money.

A very nice Panera. I enjoy the soups and sandwiches here. This is a great place to go if you are meeting friends and want to hang out.

The staff here is young just like me, and I think that for some reason they feel that that gives them the right to be rude and less-than-courteous. You can loudly and clearly hear employees ranting about customers. The coffee is never fresh and the food is never up to par. I've been to many Panera's and this is by far the worst one. Employers need to teach their employees manners, since their parents failed to do so.

I've never experienced a ruder employee than than assistant manager of this location. She was nasty to her employees, which makes one realize why this location is seemingly always understaffed. She also yelled back at a customer who complained about a long wait time. This woman has to go.

I don't see why this Panera got such bad reviews. Panera is over priced at any location.. But the staff has always been pleasant to me and i felt that it was clean, organized, and the wait is never that long. I've never encountered them being out of any food no matter what time of the day i have gone.

Bypass this Panera go to McCandless Crossing instead. They were out of romaine lettuce and chicken Alfredo tortellini.

Least courteous restaurant I've encountered in a long time. Bordering on rudeness. I don't care if the staff is young and inexperienced. It is the employer's job to train them.

Panera needs to review cleanliness with its staff here! I witnessed staff rubbing their noses and eyes then touching people's food! This is how disease is spread!
