I previously had a good experience here. However, when I drove in with my dead NAPA battery, they told me they couldn't test it unless I brought the battery inside. I said, "Ok, can I just buy one and have you install it?" I was told no, they don't provide battery service. And they were not friendly about it.So I have a NAPA battery that is clearly dead. I park and shut off my car. What I apparently should have done is taken it out at home, drove it with my other car. Bought a new battery and installed it back at home.Instead, I had to jump my car in their lot and go down the street to Autozone where they took care of me.

Changed store hours and do not let customer know of the change. Make a trip to store at noted times and the store is closed.

Went there seeking employment couple months after my back surgery, I have to walk with a cane every now and then, but I'm getting stronger as time goes on, But never got a call, just an interview, questioning why I have a cane, I told them the reason, all of the sudden, I didn't get the job, but they hire older people with more health issues than me, I'm just sad because I didn't get the job, I could've done the counter position, but they said WE DONT SIT AROUND HERE!! oh well

I will not be back at this NAPA location, I had my online order number on my email but forgot receipt for window wiper which I purchased 2 days ago, the guy at store (Russ) refused to return it without receipt, I asked him I can give my card I paid with to lookup but he wouldn't budge, he said the owner doesn't like this, this has never happened to me anywhere in my 7yrs living in Pittsburgh. Not sure which generation the store is, they should make customer friendly and hire new blood.

They had exactly what we needed in stock. Not only for auto but even battery for riding mower. Great customer service too. They are open on Sundays which is rare for NAPA store. I would definitely recommend and we will continue to purchase our Auto parts there.
