I want to rate 0 if I could. I wanted to schedule a repair of my car. They keep me wait for weeks without setting a schedule. No professional service exists here. They keep saying Tom, the owner, is busy and their schedule is backed up. The person who answers phone call is no use and has no idea how Tom's schedule will be for the next couple of weeks.

Someone hit my car and I took it to Kletter auto. I have to say they were very reasonable and the job they did was excellent.I would highly recommend them.

I have had several vehicles repaired by Tom over the years. This last repair for some deer damage it was really simple but Tom work with and price was fair. Most of all I was extremely satisfied when I picked up my car and to see that it was washed spotlessly in this day and age to find quality workmanship at a fair price and honestly is a rare thing.More people should follow your lead.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Tom at Kletter Automotive came highly recommended to us by MSK Automotive for auto body work on our Subaru outback after an accident this past winter. Tom was very personable and easy to talk to over the phone and approach in person. He was always patient over the phone, was sure to explain the action plan and parts to be ordered, took care of all the 'behind the scenes' stuff so we wouldn't have to and made the process very smooth and not stressful. At one point the wrong parts arrived and he resolved the issue so we wouldn't have to. Upon pickup he kindly walked us through the paperwork, findings/changes and answered all our questions.

Everything about this experience was pleasant. I came in for a small issue with my headlights, which partially turned out to be due to my own error in trying to replace them on my own. Todd was incredibly kind and imparted no judgment. Doris, who scheduled our appointment, was the nicest human I've spoken to in recent memory. Would absolutely recommend going to this shop.
