Service and employees used to be great here. It's quite depressing recently.
I've lived in the area 24 years.
Prefer to shop at Lowes now.
Much better service and helpful employees.

Terrible customer service. I asked a gentleman if he could help unlock a tool for me to purchase. He told me "sorry that's not my department". Then he walked about 30 steps and stood and talked with another associate. So I then asked the nice lady running the paint department for help. She was clearly not sure how to do it but gladly offered her help. When she realized she needed the proper tool to unlock the high end tools she walked down to the first gentleman and grabbed the tool from him. He could have easily helped me from the beginning but instead couldn't be bothered and made me wait over 10 minutes while the nice lady at the paint counter assisted other customers. I had no problem waiting, however it was unnecessary in this scenario. Do better Home Depot.

Employees were not attentive or helpful. Came off as condescending. Jagoff at flooring. Two stars for nice cashier. Won't be back.

Today I was shopping in your Allison Park, PA store and an employee drove a forklift down an aisle and literally waved his hand frantically and yelled MOVE to me. I said excuse me? He repeated MOVE, I need to get through. My shopping cart was in the way and apparently stocking the shelves was far more important than customer courtesy. I have NEVER been treated that way in any store. I was going to say something to him but he seemed angry enough as it was. He had an MEA on his shirt. Older guy, gray hair, pony tail, glasses.
I strongly suggest you get this guy some training on how to treat customers. Completely unacceptable. A LONG TIME customer.

This Home Depot carries a good selection of appliances, tools, electrical and plumbing supplies, landscaping supplies, and many other products, and the prices are reasonable. For the past few years, I have sometimes shopped here for plants, painting supplies, and flooring. For my most recent visit, some boxes contained broken tiles, but I was able to find what I needed. The cashier made pleasant conversation, and she quickly and accurately processed the transaction.

THEY HAVE ILLEGALS WORKING IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE. NO...THEY ARE NOT "MIGRANTS" OR ASYLUM SEEKERS. THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. AND TAKING OUR JOBS . SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT.
