I had a bad experience with service at Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service.
I was charged 3800$ and service was poor , i had to deal with same repair again with in a month at another store.
Another store mechanic specifically mentioned previous repair was poor job done.
I reached to Foreign Traffic store with this information and they asked for all details, i have provided them (what the problem was and how much did it costs to repair same issue).
Foreign Traffic store did not reimburse the cost of second repair for same issue and were poor customer handling, blamed it may be bad parts and passed on repair cost for second time for same issue to the customer.
There is no loyalty and honest, beware of scams.
Thanks,
Sai

Every inch of the process was a nightmare. Being over 400 miles away, I dealt with Rob and Lisa at Foreign Traffic and was met with nothing but episode after episode of unprofessionalism. First off, getting a hold of anyone at this place is impossible. I called numerous times to get info on the vehicle I liked & was either met with waiting 20-30 minutes for a sales person or no answer at all. Word to the wise, all the cars on the website mention the condition of the car as "Perfect, Like New, Pristine" and it is a lie. FaceTime'd with Rob, took a look at the car and since a phone camera can only do so much, I kept asking if there was any damage to the car (i.e. cosmetic) Rob repeatedly stated "No its perfect" Wrong. Got the car delivered and there were chips all around the car, scratches, MAJOR rim rash and a bubble on the rear tire. Would of been nice to know because during the negation stage of the price, Rob made sure to mention that the car was perfect & being the basis on which Rob did not want to lower the price. From a business perspective, I get having a floor price to profit on a car, but to lie about is another thing. In turn, the car was delivered by the worst car delivery company in America and Rob made sure to mention "they come highly regarded". Paid for enclosed shipping that you would think the car would be protected. The trailer looked like something you would transport a horse in, not a car. To boot, Rob said the trailer would cost $800 dollars and would be included in the price. The driver ended up waiving a bill in my face for 900$. Don't know where Rob found this company, they are seedy, sketchy and extremely unprofessional. The driver climbing in and out the drivers window, ruining multiple parts of the leather interior with not speaking a lick of English and when confronting him, he just wanted me to sign off on the delivery. On top of that, Rob mentioned to me that the car would be serviced and detailed prior to its arrival. Neither were done and when I confronted Rob about it, Rob doubled down and made sure to mention he had the service report as proof. To save him from lying further, I took a picture of the dashboard notification and oil levels of the car. As I type this, I still do not have my license plates as well. The process was done via notaries and overnight mail and paid the extra 500$ for them to do the plates for me. Big mistake. Lisa, Rob's "office manager", made sure to put on her best attitude (sarcasm) when I confronted her about why they were just jumping on top of this now when the paperwork was signed almost two months ago. It is because if you are expecting Rob and Lisa to do ANYTHING regarding your vehicle, you have more luck finding a 4 leaf clover in the pot of gold at end of a rainbow. I have bought several cars in my lifetime, this takes the cake for the worst car buying experience ever (I mean ever). This being my first time having a car delivered and thanks to Rob and co., it will certainly be my last. Honestly, I think Rob means well, despite his lying and bad salesman techniques, I think Rob wants to do well by his customers but needs look at the people he’s got working within his establishment and instead of trying to be people’s friends, he should be challenging his employees who work for him to ensure they are putting out the best product for his business. If this dealership is close to you, go into the dealership and make your own assumptions & take a look at the inventory. Maybe Rob felt like he could get one under on customers who can't come in to the dealership physically. DO NOT believe them when they tell you the car is in “perfect” condition because it probably is not. DO NOT get a car delivered by them and DO NOT let Rob convince you otherwise. Roll the dice on doing business here, you have been warned. Otherwise, DO.NOT.BOTHER.
*Edit* Dropped to a 1. Lisa and Rob misspelled the last name on our purchase agreement and for that, have a car th

We have had great service here every time we bring in a car for repairs.
Zach is really helpful and easy to communicate with.
Twice in the last few months we have hade repairs covered by warranties that they informed us about. Once we had to take it to a dealer, but at no cost.
I will look for my next car purchase here as well, to check out their inventory.

Very first mechanical failure that was outside of my Spectrum on an ml 350 called Nick. He and his team helped me through the process of diagnosing the problem and picked up where I left off. Replaced the camshaft and phaser and reset the timing on my 135k mercedes engine.

Their repair prices are crazy and they will do what they can to take advantage of your situation.
My car broke down on the turnpike and this was the closest repair shop. They inspected my car and quoted me over $3K for an engine repair that they said wasn't even guaranteed to fix things. I called another repair shop, and was quoted just over $2K for a complete replacement engine.
Also, they charged me $350 just for the diagnostic, saying they had 'several hours' put into the diagnosis. If your diagnostic alone is going to be this expensive, you should run it by the customer first for permission. Never thought I'd pay $350 for essentially nothing. Many repairs are less than what this diagnostic cost!
Not to mention when I told the other shop the 'work' they had done for the diagnostic and what they charged, they told me Foreign Traffic was more than likely exaggerating the time it took because they knew they had me over a barrel with my car having been towed there. I'd certainly never use this place or buy a car there!!! If I broke down right next door I'd still have my car towed somewhere else.
