Tried calling during hours& was on hold for over 20 min. So I drove to location..took 10 min for an employee to turn up & the had no cars to rent. Must be under-staffed

Pick up, drop off are easy. Cars are always clean. Two issues that I have:When gas is not full to start, you end up approximating the fill.Drop off for me is always on a weekend when you are closed. I end up having to pay for an extra day.Both of these issues means I end up paying more. Wish the gas tank would always be full and that I only pay for days I use the car.

I always rent from Enterprise because the company does everything to make the experience on the customer. Also, I always enjoy the vehicles and am happy I can drive a fancy sports car or a luxurious SUV when I rent from Enterprise.

I went to return the rental car at 3pm, and the store was locked. Called customer service and spoke with a kind rep who told me that online the store was listed as open, and spoke with another customer outside who said they had been at the store earlier and it was open. Ended up returning the rental at a different location and they said that store had been closed all day. Unpleasant experience.

Came in at 4:51pm as fast as I could get there for a last minute need. Was told it’s too late, they close at 5.

Do NOT use this location or company if you can avoid it.I picked up a rental from this location as arranged by my insurance company. When I arrived there was one other person waiting. It still took the employees over an hour to get my rental ready. I do not think they even had a car - they had to rush to clean one that had been JUST been returned.The employee going over paperwork with me assured that I would only be paying $7.77 in taxes. I was charged $35 afterwards. The same employee also tried to say there was no damage to the car - my husband and I had to point out all of the issues ourselves - and apparently neglected to mark down any of the issues we asked him to note.Fast forward to today, a month later. I get ANOTHER random charge from enterprise on my CC. This time, it's for tolls that they paid on my behalf, so helpfully adding on an $8 service charge. I have been checking with the Highway toll administration for the toll bill, per enterprise's own website, and it never became available - I intended to pay with my ezpass account and reduce the charge amount.Their customer service tells me there is nothing they can do.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They will waste your time and then run you in circles on the phone when you call to get answers. Use literally any other rental company if you're able to.

I asked for a same day rental and the local staff took care of me. I picked up my rental within 2 hours of making the phone call. Great service!

While our car is being repaired after an accident, we are using a rental from Enterprise. When I picked up the car, there was lonely one vehicle available at the location. I noticed that the car had cigarette odor but thought I would be able to manage. After having the car for a couple days, I could no longer tolerate the odor. I called the location and spoke to the manager, Alexa. She was very apologetic and offered to replace the car immediately. Great customer service, Alexa! Thank you!

The manager Julia at this branch gave absolutely terrible service. Took forever, rushed attitude, and not clean. Cars smell terrible. I would never recommend this site. It also seemed very unprofessional that I overheard her advertising her own Amway company to another person while at work. I’m surprised they would let a manager do this.
