Love the ScratchTown business model. Scratch the cars with accumulated dirt scrubbers and used drying towels then have a detail business to buff out the swirls and scratches, LOL. And an endless supply of clueless people handing over the cash.

Waste of money! That’s the same dirt as I came in with. Why would I go back through? The reason why I went through a drive through was because I didn’t have time…

The cars are too close to one another, there needs to be a gap. The attendant loaded the cars too close. There maybe an accident at the end when the cars are getting out.The drying has to be better. The machines didn’t dry properly and car was still wet.Clean and Press had ppl outside drying the cars after they came out.No senior citizen discount either

Drive through car wash, a very good one. And today they were donating all proceeds to North County Community food bank and shelter. Wonderful charity that does so much for the community. Impressive that the car wash was all in.

I love how clean my car looks & I love the tire shine that's applied at the end. Since there is no longer inside cleaning service there, I do like the free vacuum that they offer.Thank you for the complimentary wash.

Ran my truck through the wash, paid $24 and there was still dirt all over the sides after leaving. I will not recommend to anyone in the area.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to drive 30 min quite often to get my car washed here specifically for the interior cleaning. I’m a person of convenience and the manual labor of vacuuming my car is too much on my back. It was good pricing and the work was thorough. Now under the new owner, it’s just like any other semi-self service car wash. No point in me wasting gas when I can drive down the street to a similar car wash.

This place is great - $8 for the basic wash, which works pretty well, and free vacuums. I typically don't take my car through a car wash but it's hard to pass this place when the prospect of spending 60-90 minutes (at least the way I do it), washng your car by hand is the alternative.

Just Plain Awful! What a terrible car wash! I take pride in my car and bought their unlimited wash service. Every time I went through the wash the wheels came out dirty. I complained and they said that's the best their machines can do. Their machines simply do not wash off brake dust. They do not hand dry the cars, and there are water spots everywhere. They have no interior cleaning service, so I have never been able to get my car's interior cleaned - it is very dirty. I am 82 years old and unable to clean the interior myself. This is a waste of money and I have cancelled my unlimited wash plan. Don't waste your money on this car wash - go somewhere else where they know how to clean cars. Ugh!

This place was great. They no longer do interior cleans. So it's like any other wash now. And the express people with unlimited washes cut in front so you wait forever.I miss the way it was. I won't be back. And I loved the other place. And was there at least once a week.

This place was five stars when it was clean Town usa. Now? Nothing more than a self-service car wash. They don't even dry your vehicle. No interior cleanings no drying, I guess they're vacuums are free? I didn't try because I was going to have the interior done until they advised me they no longer do interiors under the new owner. I can spend this much money on any car wash in the city I'm not driving from Bellevue to Hampton anymore. Save your money.

I miss CleanTown USA.This new owner converted it to self-service.There are other self-service car washes like this that actually have window cleaner solution and towels stationed at the vacuum stations as part of the deal. Not here. ? Bring your own cleaner and towels!Huge step backward. May as well go to Sheetz or GetGo.The new owner inherited all the positive reviews from CleanTown USA.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
