My experience has been nothing but professional!
I have been working with the team at Karn’s for about a year now. I had some warranty issues with the first moto that I bought and they did everything possible to make things right. Multiple ship visits, dealing with the manufacturer, and keeping me as happy as possible. I ended up trading in and going with something else. Dan was very fair with my trade.
Next was a tire recall for my new moto. Again, they dealt with the issue with pure professionalism and concern for an issue they had no control over.
The entire team was great. And Seth took the issue and resolved it, and even accommodated my request to wait while they worked on it.
High recommend!

So many red flags with this place that I ignored because I wanted my tires put on in time for the holiday weekend. I had taken the day off from work thinking that I had an actual appointment and putting tires on shouldn't take all day. When I arrived I was treated like a walk in, and they reluctantly accepted my work because I said I had an appointment, which they seemingly had no record of.
Ended up paying over $400 to have tires put on and have my belt guard hacked up because they insisted that the bike couldn't leave the shop like that, because it was "completely unrideable and unsafe".
Now I knew that the belt guard was potentially an issue and I should have taken care of it myself before I took it there. However, when I spoke with Seth I told him just to take the belt guard off, NOT to take it off and hack a chunk out of it and put it back on. It would be one thing if they had done a nice job of it, but as you can see with the crooked cuts and rough edges, they did not.
When I went to pick it up and was informed of what they'd done, I was quite upset, and Seth doubled down on the unsafe and unrideable thing again, and said "that's what was in the work order". Not even one bit of concern that I was clearly not happy. No apology, just more of the condescending attitude I got from the start.
This shop seems completely unable to deal with anything that isn't cookie cutter work, so if you want something done out of the norm, be sure to make explicit instructions on what is or is not to be done.

We went in to get a fuel line and fuel pump for our ATV. The guys there are amazing and they have great prices. We will definitely be going back there for any of our ATV needs

I went late on a Friday just to check my tire pressure and a guy (I did ask his name but have since forgot) assisted me from checking my tire pressure to putting the air in the tire to the sticker recommendations. I wanted to compensate him for his time and expertise but he insisted it was on the house. Being new to riding again (after a decade), and with a new style of bike, it was the type of service I could appreciate. From what I can remember, they have always treated me kind and provided quality service. I’ll get all of my bike work done here.

The Karns Performance staff are spectacular! I sent them my road race bike to have tuning done, and they shined the light on it that it needed for a long time. The bike is a night and day difference now!! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they didn’t hesitate to help me get it loaded in my truck! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place charged me for inspection with sticker 49.50 when they failed me the first time. I fixed everything took it back it took them approximately 15 min then they changed me an again minus 11.00 dollars. So to anyone who knows of a fair and decent place for motorcycle inspections please let me know..

I was looking for inexpensive saddle bags for my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT 2023. The people here went out of their way to help me. They left me texts they were looking. I found a pair with bars overseas with Ali. I appreciated their help. I went to Harley and lol, they wanted 1k. I paid 132.00 for bars and bags. They will go the extra mile and communication is top of the line. Thank you for your help! I just happened to find bags overseas. If I had gotten them here I'd given 5 stars.

This place is great! Was there today for an ecu flash, brought my ecu in at 10 am by 10:15 is was complete. Service was great and the people are professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. Won't take or buy a bike from any other place. Vibe and energy was definitely refreshing!! Shout out to Seth and Jason

I purchased a bike from karns performance a few days ago and I can't say enough great things about the buying experience. They had everything ready to go when I arrived and the attitudes of the staff were exactly what you would hope for when making a large purchase. I was in and out in no time without feeling rushed. There is no doubt I'll be considering karns performance for all future powersports purchases thank you !!!!
