I’ve worked with both Jackie and Alexus, and both of them are phenomenal. These nail techs actually enjoy putting designs on your nails! They love the challenge and they “nail” it every time. They check at every stage to make sure you like the length, shape, color, design, etc. They even supply water and wine on the house :) They have created such a warm and welcoming environment wherein everyone—the nail techs and clients alike—engage in fun conversation that makes it a whole experience!

Can’t say enough good things about the ladies at Hello Nails. From my first interaction on the phone to when I walked in the door and then the services provided. Professional. Very precise and my nails look great!!!! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for nail services. Thank you again :)

1st I will start by saying the ladies were extremely friendly and nice that's why I gave it 2 stars.
It took 3 hours for a acrylic refill, 2 nails fixed and a basic design.
3 HOURS.
2 nails cracked within 24 - 48 hours, they did fix them with no problem. The main problem is I ended up with fungus under 3 nails I haven't had that in over 30 years.... enough said.

Alexus was amazing and took the time to truly fix my nails and meet my needs!! You can tell she cares about her clients and does well educating what she’s putting on your nails. I love that she always asks if everything looks okay throughout the process to make sure her clients leave happy!

The first photo was the inspiration used and I absolutely loved the result! Alexus is passionate about her work and pays great attention to detail. She did a wonderful job, and I'm confident that I've found my go-to nail tech. I'll definitely keep going back to her.

I got the mani pedi combo done by Cayle and they are perfect! Everything from the atmosphere of the building to the quality of the service is a 10/10 and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for nails that are above the rest

It was my first time visiting this salon. Happy to say I was very pleased with my service at Hello Nails. I was able to reserve an appt with no issue over the phone with the owner.
She was professional and did an amazing job with my nails. The salon was very clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend this nail salon and I will definitely be returning. Absolutely love how my nails turned out. Lavender honey glow in the dark gel polish is my new favorite!
