My family recommended me to Cody Financial for our first home. We were teamed up with Angie. Upon our first visit she was extremely knowledgeable and inviting.But when it came time to actually purchase a home everything fell apart on her end. She originally told my husband and I that we could qualify for a conventional loan. Then when we wanted to put an offer in on a house she told us we couldn’t and could only do FHA.We spent a lot of time looking at homes that were conventional only… if we would have known we couldn’t qualify then we would have saved a lot of time- for both us and our realtor.Upon finding a home that qualified for FHA we asked her our rates before placing the offer to make sure it was in our price range. The quotes we would request did not come in a timely manner. (As I'm sure you know with the housing market these days, time is of the essence)In the end we decided to go elsewhere even though we knew another hard pull on our credit would be done. We found someone extremely responsive and knowledgeable in a fast and timely manner.

We are extremely please in working with Loan Officer Paul Yarrish, and Cody Financial. Paul was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the process, and took time to explain all options. Paul was always willing to give his opinion when asked. He made this an easy and enjoyable process.
