Office staff isn’t very good… Called in to get a flat fixed and they said bring it right in only to have them tell me 1.5 hours for a wait… Previously they refused to patch a tire “too close to shoulder” and told me to buy new. Got patched at another place and measured over 2.5” from shoulder. They were also rough with my interior during air filter replacement. Too many strikes.
I’m not wasting my time with these folks anymore and neither should you. It is a shame, I purchased tires there recently

I must say the lady jdarr who took care of me was amazing! The customer service that was provided was outstanding! I one hundred percent will be returning back to the store because of this experience. I recommend everyone to go here!

I normally don’t write reviews- but had to this time. I went in yesterday 8/7/24 because I woke up to a flat tire. I called CJs to see if they had availability. Jaime answered the phone, she was a rock star. Super super kind and told me what time to get there. got in early, and was greeted by Jaime who was again just a rock star. Usually my husband handles the car things but him being at work, i had to put my big girl pants on and handle it. She walked me through what we needed to do, got me signed in and off to the waiting room i went.! They got the tire done quickly! A gentleman whose name i don’t remember came out and explained that my tire was dry rotting and that it was normal for that brand. He explained to me what that even was. He did offer to replace but wasn’t pushy like other tire shops were and was more informative than anything. I didn’t feel pushed or haggled in anyway. Clean waiting room, with coffee and water. Just an overall wonderful experience. Came to find out Jaime is still in training, but absolutely just crushing it! Great job CJ’s! Absolutely will be returning!

We recently blew a camper tire on the turnpike. We were far from home with our toddler, and didn’t know the area. We spent the afternoon locating new tires close by and could only find two service locations that had the correct equipment to put the new tire on the wheel because of its smaller size. CJ’s was one of those locations, but they refused to do it because “It’s too time consuming”. We ended up calling the Monro Auto Service that’s also in Mechanicsburg. They told us to come even though they were closing in an hour. We made it there half an hour before closing, and they had the old shredded tire removed and the new one put on the wheel for us in about 20 minutes! So my recommendation is to not waste your time at CJ’s, especially if you have an emergency. I highly recommend calling Monro first!

CJ's is the only place I take my 2 vehicles for service and state inspections. I've been going there over 10 years, bought several sets of tires, had some serious repairs done and have never had a bad experience.

Awesome tire buying experience ! I'm a certified car nut and I can highly recommend CJ's. Right from the initial contact with the young lady at the front desk - to the alignment check and brake fluid change. My expectations were exceeded. (how often does that happen?)
