I really wanted to have a great experience shipping my Google Pixel 6 here, as we were referred over by someone who has used their services before, and the fact that they have a very noble mission. They received my phone late November and about a week later informed me that the phone does not work and that is it stuck on a specific screen where they can't get out of. Despite telling us that they could not reset the phone because of this issue, I was still not convinced as the phone was 6 months old. I told them to keep us posted, to which we hadn't heard from them for another month. Flash forward to present, I reach out and they said "oh yeah we still have that phone somewhere", make us pay for the shipping label to have this phone shipped back to us. We received it and after factory resetting it once more, the issue was solved. I've attached the photo they sent us, as well as the photos taken five minutes ago that shows a functioning phone. Please have experienced tech support to troubleshoot phones as your mission involves phones!

Everything smooth I been waiting on payment for almost for about 2 weeks. I was supposed to receive payment money & it's Tuesday I still have nothing one of the staff members told me I would get it monday.. I still haven't received payment confirmation it supposed to took 1-2 days it been about 5 alreadyUpdate I just received paymentThank you cell4pets

5* experience with them each time I've sold an iPhone here (I've done so three times). Not only have they been the highest offer each time I've looked to sell a phone, they are easy to get in touch with an their customer service is unmatched. Oh, and not to mention, part of their proceeds are donated to no-kill animal shelters so you feel good working with them too! A++++++

Trustworthy, but will tell my experience so you know what to expect. I mailed my phone in on July 5th and received payment today July 17th ... so not to bad for that. The day I mailed my phone I sent an email asking for notification upon receipt. On the 13th I called because I hadn’t heard anything. Had to leave a message , couple hours passed and I called back because no one had returned my call. Guy answered was friendly and had confirmed my phone was received by them on the 10th and was unsure why I had not been notified. Assure me he would sent an email confirming this. And an hour or so later I did get the email. On the 15th I received an email stating they agreed with my description of phone and would get payment in 1 - 2 business days. And I did thru PayPal. This part could have been my lack of reading fine print I don’t know but I received 11 dollars less then stated because a fee was taking out via PayPal. And then another few dollars was subtracted when I transferred the money to my checking account. Not really sure how I got fees for it being put into my PayPal and for me to take out but again could be the fine print. Moral of the story it is not a pain saking long process but it is a little more then a few days. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Just now I know a little more as to what to expect and if you read this entire thing ... you do to. Lol

I had a few hiccups while going through the process of selling my phone, some of which were my own fault, but cell4 pets was helpful and resolved the issues with great customer service. I am very pleased with the outcome and would use them again and reccomend them to others. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

Transaction went smooth, and payment was within their stated 5 to 10 business days. I was unable to receive their confirmation e mail for some reason, but the issue seemed to have been in the delivery of it. My e mail works fine, and it wasn’t sent to the spam folder. Communication worked fine on their online chat messenger as well as their online web e mail. The amount paid was equal to the amount offered which was completely fair. I especially like their business model with regard to pets in need.

Aparently when I factory reset my iPhone 6S+ a generic 6-digit security pin was assigned. After a very quick Google search I discovered the pin was "000000". Cell4pets could not figure this out and was uncooperative trying to resolve my issue while they held on to my phone for 2 months. I paid $8 to have them return my phone to me and have since sold it to someone else.
