“I had my 4Runner front bumper previously repaired by Car Star Fred bean , just few weeks later, the bumper started peeling off by each day it was getting worse.
And when I had to go back to them asking them to fix it they wouldn’t take it , the manager there (G) started accusing my tires , saying it’s your tires making this bumper not stay , I couldn’t believe such an irrational approach!!
Even for me who’s not a professional in car dealership I wouldn’t think that way especially after telling him that my tires have been on the car for more than 2 years !!
But I thank Gloria the Manager at Autobodies by Lucas ,a very wonderful lady, they really do work here with perfection !!after my insurance (State Farm )came in , my car was assessed there and she made it fixed correctly ,all the mess caused by Car Star !!
