The lady behind the counter was rude. Said my package was too heavy to drop off there. It was under 20lbs. I wasted time waiting in line just for her to say that. I ended going down the street and dropping it off with no problems.

This is not the first time we have been to this location that is supposed to be open at 10am. Waited a 1/2 hr today, along with other people, for the doors to open.Maybe you should consider changing your hours.

Lost buisness because they couldn't pack or ship an elk head. At first they said they didn't do that had to argue that fact they did. Then they said they don't have a box big enough excuse after excuse.

Today was the fourth time this year I went to this store (10:30) and it wasn’t open when it said it was open on google.Not even counting the time I went there and you were closed because you all got covid.Two person store capacity, and doesn’t open till 10am. I had to drive to Honesdale and mentioned it to the three girls working there. They all said that they get nothing but complaints about this store.Ray, you’re a great guy, but maybe the retail industry isn’t for you if you can’t keep your store open. I’m sorry you all got covid, but everyone is sick of businesses using that as an excuse.Maybe you just watch too much CNN and you’re genuinely, unreasonably terrified about covid, I don’t know.Please sell your store if you can’t handle the retail industry. You drive a pickup, there was a couple inches of snow on the ground. Maybe it was a personal emergency, I don’t know. Obviously you can’t adapt, No excuse man.

No problem with the service, it's the I will open when I feel like it it that bothers me, store owner opened up a hour and a half late and seemed annoyed when people walked in right behind. I waited outside for like twenty min and almost left. He lost a lot of business that day, I saw at least ten cars come and leave. BTW, not an isolated incident with this store , it either opens late or closes early. I guess the posted store hours are a suggestion?Last time I will use this store. . I will use the store twenty min further away that I know will be open

Not sure why there's a lot of negative reviews. I always have a nice experience here. Quick, the place is super clean, and the guys are nice. There's always someone there when I stop by. No complaints here and I would recommend this place to others.

WONDERED WHY I WAS NOT OFFERED MY RECIEPT! NOW I KNOW WHY! RIPPED OFF! GET AND CHECK YOU RECIEPT!I went there to have a couple of things printed and laminated. The job they did was fine. I was a little shocked at the price, but I thought that's what it costs. I recently had to get some more things printed and laminated and went to a UPS store in Allentown. When I got the price this time I was shocked again, but this time it was was how low the price was. I inquired about it. The clerk showed me the receipt. I told him how much I was charged at the store in Hamlin. The clerk was shocked and told me the prices are the same no matter which store you go to. Will never go there again!

Don't bother calling the store to ask a question or to receive customer service as they NEVER pick up their phone! Called multiple times within the past two days and always received their answering machine

I came here to return my orders to amazon. They were very friendly and I was in and out in a couple of minutes. They have many services available at their location. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The UPS Store of Hamlin is now RE-OPEN for business! The new store hours are: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, Closed on Sundays.

The owner Ray is the best. He will take care of any issue you may have and see it through. It's also nice having so many services available in one location.
