HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. They take ups packages and fight with me EVERY SINGLE TIME that they do not until I make them scan the box and suddenly it works. However this morning the management of this store thinks they can do whatever they want and before I could even said hello told me she will not take my package and had a nasty attitude. Refused multiple times to even scan the package after I explained this happens every time and yet after the package is scanned it works. This lady needs to be fired. Every other employee I’ve talked to there is wonderful and very helpful and is never rude and never treats customers the way this lady treated me. Looks like it’s time for a change of management in this place. No wonder they can’t get any help with her running this place. She is clearly toxic and I feel horrible for anyone who has ever worked with her. Such a horrible experience over a package is ridiculous. I will never shop there for any products if this is how they treat customers over a package, and you shouldn’t either.

Have been coming to this location for about a year and it was fine overall, not the friendliest experience though. However yesterdays experience was terrible trying to obtain a sugar meter. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Doesn't seem they care at all! We will not be coming back here!!!

Young girl at the front is phenomenal. Nice kid with a hard work ethic and bright future ahead. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of coming in contact with the supervisor. Very rude to both customers and staff and seems to be a little too immature for her age. This would be one star if it weren’t for that young cashier.

They need to work on customer service in the pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready, 20 minutes on hold and never got through to anyone. When I went into the store there was 5 people behind the counter. I would think one of them could have answered the phone.

The staff at the front and in the pharmacy are so great. Always going above and beyond to help and make your experience great.A special shout out to Michelle in the pharmacy who definitely goes the extra mile to help .

Typical CVS. They are also a UPS dropoff location. The front-end staff is offering demos on how to work the self-service checkout station. Just let them know if you are already a pro, because the tend to assume you don't already know how it works.

Shame , I try to communicate with the pharmacist about my mom’s medicines . They made us wait more than one week to delivery her medicines even told us they are going to delivery on certain day but she did not receive them . Very poor services. Not happy at all

Pharmacist there gave me a hard time because I wanted to fill an RX 2 days early because I was going away for the Thanksgiving Holiday. He refused to fill it and told me I would need a prior authorization from my insurance company and a personal call from my MD. He was rude, condescending, and on a total power trip. Won’t be getting my business again!
