Please be aware when going to Hamburg Verizon the manager Kai miller who traded my old phone in for a new one took my information from my phone and tried to black male me and my family we been dealing with it for months know and he should have been fired but nope he is still there so please everyone if you need to go to Verizon visit the Cressona mall location stay away from Hamburg!!

As long as you don’t get the owner waiting on you, the customer service was great! My husband had gone in the day before & the owner was rude & dismissive. He & I went back today & those guys were awesome! Stay away from the owner if you really want help. Make sure it is onenof the other guys!

I went into this store to get a new iPhone 15. My previous phone could no longer connect to cell service. The employee (Kai) blatantly lied to my face regarding how the charges on my phone bill would change. The most egregious was the ‘upgrade fee’ that I paid in the store, yet I was mysteriously double charged on my bill! Upon calling Verizon (and waiting 2 hours), I was informed that the ‘upgrade fee’ I paid in store was actually an ‘assistance fee’, which goes directly to the employee. So, Kai is a liar and should be fired. Throughout this entire process he was condescending, and clearly only working to make more commission. I see many good reviews of this guy here and frankly I think it’s because these people don’t understand he is ripping them off and they don’t check their bill after visiting! He also kept the SD card from my old phone, claiming it was damaged and unusable. Days later I started receiving incessant phone calls (sophisticated, probably fool many old people) posing as my bank and asking me to move the entire balance to Apple Cash. Related or not? I don’t know, but I wouldn’t trust that guy with 2 digits of my ssn let alone my SD card. Overall, Kai is a fraud, Verizon willfully employs greasy criminals, and their customer support is disappointing. 0 stars, foreclose this location. Sad!

Gabe hands down is amazing! He made us feel welcomed. He's knowledgeable, professional, friendly. The way he interacted with other customers while taking care of us shows how much he cares about customers and their whole experience while in the store. We came there because we were traveling from Florida to Connecticut. Our car broke down and had to have it repaired. While in the same plaza, we walked over to his store. We are so glad we did.

Gabe at the Verizon store in Hamburg couldn’t have been more helpful! He will hook you up right! Very happy! FYI Verizon has a ton of hidden start up charges! Just for cords etc and the start up stuff I paid over 300.00!That’s above and beyond my phone! People say they’re top dollar and they’re right.
