Kai, the store manager is awesome! My issue needed to be handled by the website and not a store, but he called them and worked directly with them to assist me rather than just say he couldn't help. Kai was knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to go above & beyond. Highly recommend Kai.

Nick at the Hamburg Verizon should be cloned and hired by every other Verizon store. Friendly, knowledgeable, stayed 2 hours late to get the job done.
