Hours said open at 8. Light up sign on the window when I got there said "open" but there is a chain on the door and no one answering customers at the door. Ridiculous. Who has time for that?

I used to love coming here because they were open late and had vapes so if I need one late at night it was there. Changed the hours, okay that’s fine I don’t mind if it’s closing half an hour earlier but it said 11:30. Got there at 11:10 open sign was lit up but the doors were chained and padlocked shut. Guess I can’t come here anymore, sad
