I don't suggest anyone rent from here. The person incharge of the payments does not know what she's doing .The rent changes every month and they will claim they never received it so you have to pay again or they pad lock your container . I don't recommend this place to anyone . Management is a joke . And there's no contact information for the owners.

It was a good deal for the amount of room you get, but the cost has gone up from $136 a month to $172 a month since I first got it a year ago. The doors can be a little difficult to open and some have high ledges which can make it difficult to get larger heavy items in.

We have 3 storage units here. Easy access even with a trailer. My only complaint is that 2 of our 3 have doors that are tough to operate.

Rental process was easy from start to finish; everything was completed by text and email. Our 8x20 unit was essential for our move, and the Steelcase staff was great in communicating with me which is one of my #1 areas that make or break a decision. The 24/7 access to our unit is definitely a big help since my hubby works nights and is able to stop at off hours. We definitely would recommend to anyone looking for affordable month-to-month storage in the area.

We’ve had a storage unit here for a year, and it’s been a pleasant experience. When I have had a question or issue, the ladies in the office have resolved it very quickly. It’s a pleasure dealing with these ladies.
