There is a cashier who is wearing a full mask covering ....not a regular mask but something that that you would wear to rob a bank . It is completely inappropriate and clearly needs addressed by management. Furthermore , the food here is horrible . They just don't prepare with care . The sandwiches are not cut in half , no napkins, put together loosely with not so good ingredients. Maybe their pirate masks are getting in the way of the food prep ? There is a seeding gambling parlor in the back that Rutters should be embarrassed about installing . I have watched the dreads of society go in and out .

Just off I-78 for a fuel stop, the gas pump area was great with no trash. Inside, the store is well stocked with drinks and snacks. Restroom left much to be desired as it was generally not clean with papers on the floor and water splashed on the countertops.Skip the restrooms and go elsewhere.[Review 18677 overall - 608 in Pennsylvania - 2199 of 2022.]

Food is great but I was the only one putting in an order and I shopped and paid and came back and they just started my order. This happens way too often 3 people making the stuff to put out for lunch and ignoring live orders.

Cons: not a lot of space for truckers as far parking to sleep and no showers, Pros: foods pretty good and bathrooms super clean.

Best gas station food around! Pricing is great and the rueben is to die for. Alcoholic slushies are an added bonus!

This review is in regard to the iced coffee only. The rest of the facility is lovely and clean. I stopped there around 2:30 pm today on my way up North from Lancaster to get an iced coffee. The store was not crowded, but for some reason it took almost 15 minutes just for the girls to make my drink. I watched them dispense about a quarter of a cup of some "brown liquid", which I thought was coffee, out of a machine behind the counter. Then they... And I say they because it took 2 of them to make 1 drink, pumped caramel syrup followed by more brown liquid (coffee?) From a plastic pitcher into the plastic cup, followed by a splash...and I mean a splash, of milk, and then filled the cup the rest of the way with ice.It was by far the worst display of making iced coffee i've ever seen. And what was up with getting what I'm assuming was coffee from 2 different areas? Needless to say, I took the drink because I was in a hurry, and before I got on interstate 78, I already realized it was awful after a few sips.Now here I am 3 hours, and my stomach hurts. It was a waste of time and money. Neither one of the girls knew how to make an iced coffee, and I think the brown liquid they got from the machine was in fact espresso, which is why my stomach hurts. Horrible experience. will never go there again for iced coffee.

Nice store to stop at off 61 in Hamburg just before 78. A lot of selection, though the hot foods section is slow. They could definitely speed that up.

The food is just horrible here, I work close by and have been going in there regularly for the past 2 months and I've tried just about everything on the menu and I cannot say good thing about any of the food that I purchased there. The kitchen area always appears to be dirty.
