Drive through was closed. I called to see if they could open it for me or have someone bring my prescription out to me. I'm disabled and cannot walk in store. The girl that answered the phone in the pharmacy said NO! This is unacceptable.

The pharmacy worker went the extra mile for me. I really appreciated her help on a dreadful day that required a great deal of travel. I am sad that Rite Aid is having financial challenges and might go away. I find their charges for prescriptions tend to be less than competitors.

Pharmacy staff is excellent and very accommodating. Also they are very quick filling my prescriptions.
