This is one of the labs that was given to me by insurance. My labs were supposed to be covered, I went to get them done. They said well we don't know if they're going to be covered or not. So I wasted my time and did the fasting for no reason whatsoever. Thanks

I went first thing in the morning without an appointment. The phlebotomist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) had appointments, who were not there. She took me back right away, which I was thankful for since I was on my way to work. She was quick, gentle, and professional. I recommend this location for your lab work.

I was in and out for bloodwork (I made an appt online) and the staff were very nice and gentle.

I went on a day they were all booked up with appointments for the next 2 days. Got there Friday morning no one was in the waiting room. Signed in and was taken right away, out in 15 minutes. Pleasant experience.

I came here for a drug test, I did not have a mask because every other place does not require them anymore. So I checked in and the lady came out, she was extremely rude. Telling me "there is a sign in the door saying you need a mask!". Then continued to argue with me about it even though I am fully vaccinated and she gave me a throw-away mask to use. She was very ignorant and had anger issues as when we got back to the computer, she started flicking the screen because the computer was loading slow and she was yelling at it, she had a very aggressive attitude from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. All bent out of shape over a mask when masks do nothing to help prevent COVID. Do yourself a favor and go to ST Luke's if you need a drug screen or other testing done. Also ST Luke's doesn't require masks and their facility is a lot bigger than quest. The people at ST Luke's were very pleasant compared to the anger/attitude/aggressive lady I saw today at Quest. I think quest needs to re-evaluated with who they hire.

Was impressed. Took me in right away, without an appointment. Lab tech was very friendly and answered my questions.
