Been coming here for 4 years now and the last 2 times my tire pressure, air, wasn’t put in tires, but marked as they were. Came back and both times were filled. My question is if something as small as filling the tires to right pressure wasn't done and marked as done, which I pay for the service… what else wasn't done and marked as done? My trust in this place is beginning to lack.

Very unhappy with service diagnosis. I sent my car down to dealer with a fan not turning. Was sent home with diagnosis of bad thermostat. 2 days later car overheated. Replaced fan. Car seems okay. Was told not under warranty because of 70 000 miles on car. 100,000 mile warranty advertised when car was bought apparently does not exist. Buyers besent c
ware.
Sent car for oil change. Everything seemed okay. Was told they did multi point inspection. Results must be a big secret. They had me pay bill. No inspection results. Nothing on paperwork about inspection.

Bill, the technician, was equally helpful. He was knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem in remarkably short time.
The professional and courteous attitude of the staff was very impressive.
Service on 9/324: Once again I had good experience getting my vehicle serviced at Outten Kia. Jake, the technician, was very efficient at getting the job done in a timely manner. The five star rating is well deserved!
