There are 3 reasons not to buy a car there is number 1. Their service center lie to you telling the car is fixed but it’s not number2 they do not fulfill there warranty in which we are getting a attorney for number 3 it’s a shady dealership don’t recommend going to get a new or used car there especially a used car

I bought my car their, really didn't have a problem. Didn't care how service advisor handleed himself, but the management took charge and handled it professionally. Wish all dealerships would handle themselves in a professional manor. I had every right for getting upset, u tried preemptive strike. Nobody did anything wrong. Just should have made a phone call, to talk about product. Would buy another vehicle there.

Went to get the oil changed in my pickup truck. The service center got me in. They notified me that somehow I managed to have a dead bird in my grill. The lobby for where surface is done everybody was appropriately 6 ft apart. The countywide news was on the television. They had beverages available and had signs posted for wearing masks.

Purchased a new Jeep from them and their sales staff was top notch, that's as far as the great service went. Have called their service dept a few times and the service writer is very rude and condescending. He does not want to listen to your concerns and issues and is very short with you. He acts like your time is not as important as theirs is. Maybe Outten should train their service writers in people skills to the same level as their sales dept. We called another local Jeep dealer and they were very receptive to our needs. Will never go back to Outten again!!

Poor customer service by Brooke. I called in for service and she said they were on the phone and that I couldn’t wait on hold to speak to someone. I had to wait for 30 minutes and then call back. I never had any other places tell me that. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were all too busy to take a phone call.

Sale person who help us with the purchase of our first new truck was very knowledgeable about the truck's dashboard screening and other features in the truck. Sale's rep.and also the persons who help us finalize the deal for the truck.was very friendly,,respectful and patient with us Thank you so much.
