7th manager in 3 years. Counter help pisses customers off. And drivers are standing around because management sits on orders . The driver has to ask management if this order should go. No training us going on. A new counter guy can sit and do practically nothing and get pd. $20. Some guys can work what ever hours they want and others can not. This store in Hamburg sucks.

The guys there are always helpful, and very knowledgeable about their job. A tad pricey like most places but fair.

Great store always have have what I need. Only issue is the big guy behind the register. Zero personality, no professionalism, short answered like he's bothered by your presence. Lazy, asked for a tool behind counter. His response....turned a lil bit and said right there!

Super helpful guys at this Napa! Bought a Jeep and it broke down on the way home and had to put a starter in it in the rain in their parking lot. They had the starter in stock and made the job super easy!!!!

Fantastic customer experience got stranded on the side of the road. They had the parts the competitor did not they were warm welcoming and quick everything somebody who stuck on the side of the road wants
