Dan and Sue were very helpful. They helped me get the right bed setup for my son. Instead of selling me what I wanted, Dan offered a better solution and saved me money. Sue was very helpful in finalizing my purchase and letting me know I could get it quicker by picking it up, instead of having them delivered. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Michelle was extremely helpful. I needed a new box spring ASAP. I had just purchased a new box spring from another store only to get it home and not be able to fit it up the stairs(old farmhouse steps,ugh). The only option was to return said box spring and hunt for a split box spring(something I know nothing about) for sale somewhere relatively close to home. She was very informative over the phone and presented me with my options promptly via text, since what I needed was not currently in stock at the store for pick-up, but could be shipped and available the following day. She really made the ordering experience easy and stress free.
