Purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer King Ranch and even though I love the car, my experience with Manderbach Ford has been horrid. My salesman left, business manager left and I was dropped between the cracks. $67000 for a new vehicle and I had to arrange my own financing and when the vehicle arrived it took five days to prepare and even then it was missing a hitch, and cargo tray. When I went back to tell them they made me feel like I was a bother to them. This experience brought this veteran to tears.

Manderbach ford Ripped me off and will do it to you, I bought a car from them and wanted to return it with in 3 days but they won't take it back Unless I took a $4000 dollar loss Even though I was willing to buy a different car for them
