Everything started fine the woman answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful even called a week before the move to ask if we had any questions and to just confirm. Then came moving day we took the second move of the so we could have everything ready. We were given a window between 11:30-1:30 by 2:30 we were calling to find out what happened. We were told the first move lied their word. They had a lot more items to move that they did not disclose including a piano but they stayed and finished the move. When they finally arrived at about 3:30 they walked in saw several boxes and totes ( you know normal moving stuff) went upstairs with my husband and came back down mumbling about calling the office. Within a few minutes we heard the truck start up and they just left saying NOTHING to us. When we called the office we were told we lied and did not disclose we had boxes but we weren't given the chance to tell them we really only needed the furniture moved. They were upset about the previous move and took it out on us leaving with only ONE week to find a replacement. They charge by the hour and not by the piece so I don't understand why moving boxes for a moving company is an outrageous idea. Our appointment was booked almost 4 weeks ahead of time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they acted unprofessional and left us in such a bad place that we are now struggling to make this happen when we were told they had it covered and we would have no problems.

Careful, Experienced, Friendly and Agreeable!
Jesse, PJ, and Darren knew what they were doing. They reviewed what we had and then loaded the truck with precision. There was more than expected. Their dispatch agent should have asked me more questions when I scheduled. However the agent was able to meet my requested dates and explained billing and move day details with ease
Even though there was more than expected these experienced men were determined to get the job done. They made sure to carefully unload the truck and stack goods off the floor of the storage unit using our shelves and pallets.
I was happy I chose a local mover with local people with an exceptional work ethic.

So we hired kleffel's to move us to our new house. Nici was great and communicated everything great. The quote was spot on at the lowest end too. The prices are fair. The real mvps are the crew that showed up! Jesse and his crew were AMAZING. I can't even Express how great our 4 man crew was. If you are moving and need to hire movers ask for jesse and his crew and you won't be disappointed. Be as specific as possible when filling out your information about what your moving and there won't be any surprise charges. Nici is great at estimating the cost if your list is accurate. We also closed early on the new house and had to reschedule the movers, and nici was so accommodating. Jesse and his crew were so careful with our stuff. They wrapped things so they wouldn't get scratched and took care of it like they were moving their own stuff. We were referred to kleffels by a friend and after dealing with nici and meeting jesse and his crew we will tell all our friend's
To call kleffels and ask for jesse and his crew. I highly recommend them and am so thankful for jesse and his crew. We couldn't have done it without them!

I contacted Kleffel’s about moving my mother from one independent living community to another. They were very thorough in asking me what all she had to move. My mom ended up being in the hospital during the moving process and the 2 men who came, ( 15 minutes early) could not have been more professional, helpful and efficient. They made this move a dream. I have never used a moving company before and let me tell you I would definitely use these guys again. They were packed up and in the road in less then 45 minutes. Great job Kleffel’s!!!

These guys are fantastic. They worked quickly. They are very careful when moving items. Wrapped sensitive pieces in plastic and blankets. They had a great attitude and work well as a team!!! A+ customer service. They were polite and helpful and funny. Absolutely would recommend.

I called around looking for movers. When I called here the person who answered and helped me was wonderful and professional which sold me right away. The movers arrived and were beyond excellent. They wrapped the furniture to keep from scratching and there was much weight to some of the pieces and they did wonderful with it. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for making this so easy! Hoping we never have to move again but if we do this is the only company I will use! And they even came in well below estimate. Love them!

Kleffels did such a good job with our move! An hour to load up some VERY big and heavy solid wood furniture, working around multiple items in the house, & very quick unload. The move was from Schuylkill county to Bucks county no problem. The crew was so nice & made it easy. Highly recommend. Moved all of my grandmas antique furniture with no damage whatsoever. They wrapped up everything to protect it & went above and beyond helping with a couple items (one was screwed into the wall) Will definitely be calling them again to do clean out of some big items we don’t want, and to help with some internal moving!

The movers were nice enough, just not very experienced. Three of them could not get my full size box spring upstairs. This box spring was previously upstairs. When I called about this, I was blown off. Myself and one other person got it upstairs in about 5 minutes. What happened to customer service???
