He's really knowledgeable about fitness, he always has answers to "why does my body do this," "why do I feel like this," "what should I do differently" just don't be afraid to ask questions. I've been researching fitness trying to get in shape for basically my whole life, and I still learned new things after talking with Bryce. I was REALLY out of shape, plus I had knee surgery, and Bryce is accommodating and caters my workouts to my level. The sessions are personal and for the first time in a long time I feel like I'm actually getting stronger after every workout.
