Sales experience was great, dealing with the finance manager was not…..2 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork - very unprepared !! I arrived at the dealership at 930 to pick up the car and left at 130…. Not offered anything to drink while waiting - not even a water. Felt like they were avoiding me, as everyone knew how long I was there….

Just made my first used car purchase EVER at this dealership with Adam Goth! I contacted them Tuesday and I left with my car Wednesday evening. Everything was absolutely seamless, from the initial visit to the send off. I am a young woman, and in the car industry, it’s easy to be preyed on— it won’t happen 70% of the time but the 30% it does, matters. Adam, and even Adam’s manager, did not leave me feeling any type of pressure, hell, I think I convinced THEM to sell me the car.
Just kidding. Thank you Adam, and Adam’s manager, for making this process easy, and most of all, a little fun! The balance of blunt honesty, and cultivation of positive atmosphere could not have been more perfect!

We came to test drive 2 vehicles.
Arrived on time and Oliver was right there with keys. Even though the exact vehicle was not available 2 similar models were. After test driving we were hooked. But what happened next sealed the deal. The silver limited pulled on the lot ! Through everything Oliver was engaged and encouraging conversation and questions. If he was not certain, he would find out the answer. We appreciated his unpressurized and honest approach.
So we came in to test drive and drove home with the vehicle ! Thank you Oliver !
And thank you to the whole process and everyone involved for the least stressful buying experience in our 60 years of buying cars !

From the moment I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Miguel and the manager worked with me on getting the car I really loved. Miguel went over everything I needed to know about the car and made it a very easy process. I now have my very first brand new vehicle and couldn't have done it without them. I will definitely go back in the future and will tell my friends and family how great this dealership is.

I can't speak highly enough for how easy of a process it was getting a new car with the team here. Oliver helped me make the right decision after I had spent many, many hours researching the vehicle I wanted and when I visited he let me take what I wanted out for an extended drive to run through everything I wanted to see and test before I jumped on it. He was extremely helpful in getting the color I wanted from a different dealer in their network in a pretty decent amount of time and ended up what I was worried about being a painful, stressful process into a much easier to handle one. Thank you again!

We purchased a new Tucson through Lindsay Leytem who was very knowledgeable about as well as great at explaining all the bells and whistles this car has. She made sure the car we wanted arrived quickly and explained all our options and the rebate that applied to us. Corey Washington was very good and walking us through the financial part the day we picked up the car. Overall we were delighted with the friendliness of the employees and smoothness of the transaction. Would definitely go back when we need another car! Thanks, Lindsay and Corey!!

It’s not every day that you find the perfect car and have the perfect car buying experience! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the GT/CS 2023 Ford Mustang!
