My gf and her kids as well as mine went to the store on 31 August 23 at 7:54 pm and the employee locked the door and laughed at them right in front of their faces. My gf son had a melt down due to him having Autism and ADHD. My daughter also had a meltdown from her ADHD and this person laughing at them. Very rude and unprofessional. I'll be reporting this higher

Went to store at 7:30pm tonight and doors were locked. Website and signs say they are open until 8. I will be reporting this to corporate.

I don’t know if this location is permanently closed or what. Sign on door they have no heat for a few weeks now. My least favorite one to shop at always looks dingy and stock all over the place even prior to Covid. Very rarely to you get a nice employee and then you don’t see them again. I’d rather take a longer drive down to the Leesport location.

I was there shopping today around 5.40 pm however I shop there a lot but today cashier was so rude she was sweeping the floor and I nicely said I’m ready to cash out she suck her teeth and throw broom on floor and started putting my items in bags rough so I walked out of the store also another customer came out behind me and let me know he asked her a question and she was so rude I would never do business there anymore I only shop at store with good customer service I’m hurt because whenever I shopped there I spend around $150 twice monthly you think they would treat there customers better

my appt is 12:00 pm i was 10:15 am ,there is 3 truck ahead of me waiting to get call door,i got call like 12:00 pm and green light 01:00 pm and i waited till 02:00 pm to get message lumper fee and out 02:15 pm

The manager is always rude to customers. It is not a friendly atmosphere to be in, maybe that's why there's always new employees every time you go in.

There was only one time I didn't find what I was looking for at this location. Mostly, I am in and out and the staff is friendly.
