Heading out for a camping trip when we decided to stop at the Hamburg Location. When we arrived there we realized our anode rod was not in. We couldn’t get it to tighten so there was a gentleman in the garage..we asked if he had anything to tighten with. He gave us a socket wrench to help. Long story short we couldn’t get it to tighten it kept stripping. The gentleman came out and did everything to get it to tighten…we thought we had to go home because we couldn’t get it. He finally after trying so many times got it to go in and fixed the problem! His name was Shane! I can’t thank him enough!!!!! Was so kind and thoughtful! Such a great guy!!!! Thank you again Shane for all your help!!!!

Beware! Deceptive Sales, Horrible Customer Service, and Useless Warranty!
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! My experience at Camping World was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their sales team is shockingly deceptive. They lure you in with promises of "great deals" and "top-notch service," but conveniently leave out critical details that would have made me reconsider buying from them. It wasn’t until after I signed the papers that I realized they had misrepresented the pricing and features of the RV AND Warranty I purchased. And don't even get me started on the pre-sale inspection—they slapped on a hefty fee for an inspection that somehow missed several glaring flaws that should have been caught.
Once I discovered these issues, their warranty turned out to be a complete joke. Although the staff was polite, they were incredibly unhelpful. They clearly don't care about their customers after they get your money. They sell you on a "comprehensive" warranty for peace of mind, but guess what? It covers almost nothing! The first time something went wrong with my RV—just a few months in—they flat-out refused to cover it. This happened multiple times with different issues, and I was forced to pay out of pocket for repairs that should have been covered. Their warranty department is just as shady as their sales team, actively avoiding honoring their commitments.
If you value your money, time, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY from Camping World. They are nothing but crooks who will say and do anything to make a sale, but once you’re locked in, you're completely on your own. I deeply regret ever stepping foot in this place and would urge anyone considering buying an RV to go somewhere—anywhere—else.

Wow! With all of the negative Camping World rhetoric, We were expecting a horrible experience. Instead, our experience was amazing. We negotiated a price for a new RV. When we picked it up, we were ready for hidden fees and a high pressure sales pitch to add on extra services. We were ready to walk away from the deal if any of that happened. But, the opposite happened. The price we negotiated was the price we paid. There were no hidden fees. We were not force-fed additonal services. Keith and his people hit it out of the park!
Addition: We just bought a Hughes Watchdog Surge Protector from Camping World. It was way cheaper than Amazon, and got here in two days.

We have no idea what their service would be like since no one came to help us. It took my boyfriend 10 minutes to get any attention and he was finally told someone would be out. No one came after several more minutes so we left. Not impressive at all.

It took me 3 months to write this review because it took them 3 months to send a remote for the fireplace in my rv I purchased
I purchased a brand new rv and took it home the same day. When we got home we realized there was no remote for the fireplace . I contacted my sale rep she said she will send one out right away 3 weeks later I called because I never received it. She said she has to contact the manufacturer because that rv never came with a remote from the manufacturer. 3 weeks later nothing we called back they said someone will call us... we never heard from them. I called the manufacturer they said they never received an order for a replacement. I called hamburg back and told them I will be there Friday with the rv. 2 Days later the remote was in the mail. One thing I hate is untrustworthy people. This dealership seams to have alot of them I diffinetly will not recommend or go back

Can’t wait for the “I’m sorry you’re not happy with us, please call us to discuss” reply. But that’s the issue, I have called the sales and service manager there I have been told they will call me back and never do. My camper is still there for just about a month. I don’t like giving bad reviews because I know things happen but I have had to cancel camping trips and I’m paying on a camper I don’t have. I don’t know what else to do. I called the
Manufacturer today to see if they can help at this point. Hopefully they will call me back. I tried calling there corporate office today and what a joke that was.

Kaitlyn was our salesperson today. She was very helpful in showing us the campers we were looking for she was very friendly and funny. We did not make a purchase today but would highly recommend dealing with her. Update we made a purchase. Kaitlyn was our salesperson she was very polite. Update to review: The salesperson was polite but had problems with the camper after the sale. That being said, the service department went above and beyond to repair our camper as much as to offer a gift card for travel costs. Yes, it took four or five times of taking back but finally got it fixed the right way. Had a great vacation over the Labor Day holiday. I know people talk bad about camping world and their service departments, but I could not have been happier with the people down there. Thanks to Cody, Sam,and Justin, along with the techs that repaired it.

We had a great experience with David K in Hamburg. He is the most attentive salesperson I have ever dealt with. He sent a video of the camper we purchased because I could not remember which one we bought(we looked at several). Even after the sale he calls and checks up on us if we need anything. Give that man a raise!!!!!!
