This is not the forum to delineate the difficulties we have experienced with their service center. My recommendation is to do your research & ask others for their suggestions. Not all CWs are created equal. Their store inventories varies vastly between locations, also.

Our salesperson,Brook was not only kind and personable but a true professional. She helped us find the perfect camper. So my wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase. We will recommend camping World to our friends and any one looking for the best camper.

We bought a 2018 Rockwood Windjammer from Camping World in Hamburg, PA in October of 2023. The salesman, Johnathan Ortiz, was very helpful. We looked it over and it appeared to be in fairly good condition, except for the missing slide out awnings, which we intended to replace later. Sales was fairly high pressure to get the deal done that day, which we were used to. After agreeing on a price, there were a bunch of add ons on the contract. $995 for preparation and cleaning, which should be included in the asking price. they agreed to throw that in at our agreed upon price price. We scheduled to pickup the RV the following Monday. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told it had just been pulled into the shop and I would have to wait. Upon leaving, I noticed that the outside shower door was hanging open. It was cracked and the lock on it would not work. After checking, the tech told me they would order a new door and send it to us. He zip tied the shower wand up so I could get it home. Almost 2 months later and we have never received the new outside shower door.After getting the RV home, we decided to see how it was cleaned. By, am I glad I didn't pay that $995 for their prep and cleaning package. We probably swept 2 pounds of dog hair up from the carpet and furniture. We also noticed that there were no remotes for the TV's and entertainment centers. We called Camping World in Hamburg, PA and had to leave a message. No response a few days later. I called again and talked to someone in Service who said she would check and get back to me by the end of the day. No return call. Talked to the salesman who said he would check in to the remotes and get back to us. No return call. I finally found and ordered new remotes for the TV's and Entertainment Centers on my own. Also had to order new sink strainers, which were also missing. So, before the sale service was good, after the sale service and support was terrible. Make sure you check every last thing before you leave with your camper and get any missing/damaged parts promised parts replacements in writing before you leave. After you leave with your RV, don't expect any support.

I've never been to your shop. I stopped in when I was visiting family in Harrisburg. After viewing campers, I learned of a dear friend had joined your team. Her name is Brook.She sold us a camper 3 years ago from her former employer. And has been outstanding in helping us try and find our second camper.Everyone has been very helpful at Camping World and they have a selection of RVs to look into.

I purchased my first Mallard M260 from the Hamburg location. Our sales person Brook was very knowledgeable and helpful along with Jeremy in the service department. The finance department made the buying experience simple.

Hamburg, PA location.From start to finish, Chris from Sales was absolutely great to work with.Knowing we had a 5 hr trip coming from NW PA he had the process started when we arrived.Service Tech Jerry was incredible! He took his time and went over everything on our new RV, didn’t miss a beat when we asked questions and made sure we understood everything he went over!Overall a Great Experience!!Thank you!

We purchased a new Montana fifth wheel, at the Harrisburg RV show, and we needed some parts, so we went to the Hamburg location to order the parts. Our experience with Tyler Schappell, in service was excellent . He was extremely pleasant, helpful, kind and lots of help . I would recommend this gentleman at this location for all the service needs you may need in the future. His handling of customers was excellent. My husband and I came in to Camping World of Hamburg PA very last minute under pressure looking for a camper last minute for a relocation. David Kepley was quick to help us out! He explained everything thoroughly was very polite, friendly and understanding. David helped us get the best deal possible and was the best salesman we have ever come in contact with. My husband and I have been to many camper facilities looking at options and David at camping world in Hamburg has created the best experience for us by far! Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I recently bought a camper from here. Their selection definitely above adequate to our needs/wants. The experience was great, mainly due to Emily our sales rep. She was friendly, personable and completely accommodating. With emails, texts and phone calls, she was always prompt to answer or return inquiries and concerns very quickly. Our camper is amazing but due to her diligence our experience was truly satisfying!

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher H. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who knew their inventory and immediately knew what we were looking for. He answered all of my questions, even when he was not working. A truly nice person who I will recommend to anyone looking for a smooth camper purchasing experience. I also dealt with Brooke and Kyle who assisted us when Christopher was not working. Both also knew the product very well and were extremely friendly. The entire team was amazing. Thanks camping world for treating me like a person and not just someone who is making a purchase.

Working with David Kepley was a great experience. He really listened to our needs and wishes for a new trailer. He let us take our time looking at different options and his knowledge of the different trailers was awesome. When we found one we really liked he worked with his manager to get us a deal that felt comfortable and financially doable for us.

The Gentlemen's Opinion: We rate locations on a mans needs. 1. Usability 2. Fun Factor 3. Bathrooms 1. Usability- Nice Store, 4/5. If you're a "glamper" (glamorous camper) this is the place to fulfill anything you or your smoking hot wife could think of. The RV showcase is fresh, but seems to have koolaid down the sinks and shower stalls of the RVs. Definitely a tough sell trying to convince my wife to stop talking about mowing the grass by showing her a RV once owned by Jefferey Dahmer. 2. Fun Factor- 4/5. For the men. RVs are walk through, easily used to escape the kids. Can use bathrooms in RVs as simple, but effective hiding places from an angry spouse. Enough space to give about a 2-3 hour escapade, but not large enough to use as an entire day trip, like Cabelas. Bluetooth in the RVs is usable with speakers on inside and outside of RVs, fun to play songs. 3. Bathrooms, 1/5. One stall. Ridiculous. Everyone has to take a crap here. They'd rather hit the bathroom than their RV. Don't have to pump the crap out if they don't need to. Considered browning a showcase RV after standing in a line of 3 men at the bathroom. These types of customers left some Willy's in the toilets as well, need more ventilation in The Room. TP is RV style (1 ply).

I can't say enough good things about Camping World, Hamburg PA. (I felt a long thorough review was needed due to our excellent experience). I called on a Wednesday and they were able to get me an apt with a salesman the very next day. That morning I showed up with my toddler and met our salesman Tony. He was SO patient with us and took the time to show us several campers I had in mind that I had located on their website. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind taking us back and forth between two campers when I had trouble deciding. He also helped entertain my toddler while I met with financing and such. I put down a deposit on one camper so I could return in a few days with my husband to confirm. In the meantime, Brogan got started on the financing process which was super easy! When we returned a few days later, once again, Tony took the time to show us the same campers I had previously viewed, as well as several more larger ones (my husband's idea). We really liked two campers, the one I previously chose and another larger one. Brogan and Tony both worked on giving me two different financing offers/options so I could choose which worked best for our family. We ended up going with the larger one (Coleman Lantern LT 214BH) and scheduled pickup two weeks later. During that time, Brogan reached out with additional financing information which was super helpful. When we arrived the day of pickup, the whole process was so smooth! We arrived and they took us back within 10 min to do the walkthrough of the camper. The coordinator, I believe her name was Kim but not 100% sure(sorry), explained the process of everything that would happen that day so we knew what to expect. During the walkthrough, we got to see how everything worked and they showed us how to set up and operate all the external and internal features. I believe Nick was the person who helped with the walkthrough(sorry if I have the wrong name). He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Following the walkthrough, I met with financing. Marcus was so nice and the whole process to finalize the financing was fast! He also answered a bunch of my questions and had a lot of patience with me. When financing was being completed, they hooked the camper up to our truck and had it outside ready for us while Tony took us around the shop to collect additional gear and items we needed for the camper. The lead tech showed my husband how to operate the hitch and answered all his questions. (I believe his name was Tim but not sure, apologies if that is incorrect.)This is our first purchase at Camping World and our first purchase of an RV. We are so thrilled with everyone at the Hamburg location and I REALLY appreciate the kindness and knowledge of every employee we met. Tony even reached out afterwards to see how our trip home with the camper was. He's awesome. Thank you all!

I did an extensive search for the camper I wanted and I found Jonathan at Camping World in Hamburg PA! he was awesome! he had videos on YouTube to have a full virtual tour of the vehicles. he also FaceTimed with me and gave me live tours of different campers I wanted to see! I was sold. We went to PA over the weekend. She asked me how I take my coffee and had it waiting for me when I got there! He took care of me, my daughter, my mom and our dog. he got us into the right camper for our family, helped me with the financing, all of the necessities and made sure my dog had water and treats. he worked overtime on two days with us. Go to camping world and ask for Jonathan. he is the best!
