Have been waiting nearly a year to try and get a detailing appointment. The worst part is that I received a gift certificate from a loved one who is now out $250. It started with a facebook message on 12/29/2022- which in fairness was replied to, they said that they were moving and had some issues with having the space to detail- perfectly fine. I said absolutely lets wait until you're moved in and go from there, Bergers auto detailing replied "Thank you" on 01/04/2023. That is the last time that I have received any communication from them. I have since sent 3 further messages on Facebook, 8 phone calls- 4 to each number with voicemails left for each, and three emails. I have exhausted all other options and not received any sort of reply. There are no recent posts (since they started detailing again) indicating that they are no longer taking customers. I will continue to try to- at this point- at least get a refund for my family member, but I am not hopeful. Overall, they received 250 dollars to detail my car and haven't responded, so I can't recommend that anyone purchase a gift certificate from them or uses their services.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Berger’s! Our family has been coming here for many years and will for many more. We are always astonished at the attention to detail and amount of care put into our vehicles every time we bring them in! Berger’s has the ability to turn our old and dirty cars into brand spanking new, making them sparkle and shine like they haven’t in years. You won’t find a place that can even do half as good a job as Bergers!Services: Full body wash

I picked up my jeep last night in the dark so I didn't take much time to look it over at that moment. This morning when I went out to head to work with it I couldn't believe how great the exterior looked!! Then I got inside and it looks brand new. Brook you are awesome I have already had my vehicles at your shop in the past and they will be coming back in the future. Keep up the great work!!

We just had our 2011 Audi with close to 150k miles detailed. It looks as close to brand new as possible, both the exterior and interior. I would highly recommend Berger’s Auto Detailing to anyone. This will not be the last time we utilize their services.

Berger's was amazing! I got a used car, and between the stains on the seats, pet hair, and more from the prior owner, it was in need of a good cleaning. All throughout the process they were so friendly and kept me well updated about my car. When I got it back I was thrilled! Stains I didn't imagine would come out were gone, making it look like new. All of, what I think was wheel corrosion, was gone as well. Pretty much everything inside and out was shiny and spotless. They made my new used car feel like a brand new car!

With two young children, my car gets pretty cruddy pretty fast. Brook did a great job making sure everything was clean and sparkling when I got it back. Also I had never had a car detailed before so I had a lot of questions and the communication was excellent and very helpful! I hope to get my car detailed on a yearly basis and I will definitely be bringing it back!
