Nikki at this post office was willing to go the extra mile for me without me even asking. Very personable, knowledgeable, and kind!

We were expecting a certified letter be delivered. Instead the employee just left a "Sorry we missed you". If they had actually gone TO THE DOOR it could have been delivered. Did the same to my father, and never attempted delivery again.
