I started having trouble with my truck halfway through a trip this past weekend and these guys went above and beyond to help us out. It was during the storms and flooding on Friday and the parts delivery guy had to navigate all the closed and flooded roads to get my part there in time for me to continue my trip. Thanks again everyone!

There is no pressure put on you to buy. Everyone is extremely nice. They went the extra mile and took the extra time to assist me in buying out my lease which was a bit after everything I had been through towards the end of the year prior. I have dealt with this dealership for years and seen different sales people with and all of them are great.

I am from out of state but staying locally for awhile and needed to find a new vehicle. I have driving anxiety and knew picking out a new vehicle that is so different than my current van would stress me out. I went down with the intention of sitting in a bunch of different styles until I found something I was comfortable with. Dom was my sales person and was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and getting a million keys for me to try everything I thought I might like. He was there to answer questions but didn’t do that normal sales man push to get me into something I didn’t want. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Dom to help you!!

I had an appointment scheduled a week out and the day before they called and said they’d have to reschedule 2 weeks from then at the earliest. They said they had a bunch of cars came in needing repairs and those took priority of my already scheduled appointment.

I’m only writing this review so others don’t waste there time. I was talking with John Cronin a sales person who was over an hour late to meet me after I drove 4.5 hours to this dealership to pick up a truck. The truck showed up with an broken tail light , and crack in the bumper same side as the broken tail light.(obviously it was backed into something) After sending my credit app and asking him multiple times if we could finish the financing while I was home and not 4.5 hrs away he said it wasn’t possible to do. He assured me multiple times his finance guy told him “I will have no problem getting a loan” “ you will have no problems getting approved.” I pay to get someone to drive me out there so I can pick up the truck ( at least that’s what I thought) I get denied for the loan and John’s response was I’m really surprised but I’m sorry I’m not the banks. Very unprofessional dealership I would avoid at all costs. The truck showed up damaged and even if I did get the loan the tail light and bumper would have needed to be fixed and they still would have wasted my time and money to get out there. Please beware if you’re driving from long distance and please look your car over they acted like they didn’t know the tail light was broken and that the bumper was cracked. Very disappointed in my experience would not recommend coming here or simmon Rockwell in general

I got into contact with the dealership to try and find the locations of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales rep said that if we scheduled an appointment, he can have the vehicles moved to the same location. I scheduled an appointment for a week later on a Saturday. I called the dealership to see the progress of the cars on the Thursday before and was assured that the cars were being transported that day. I mentioned to the sales rep that if he has free time on Friday, I can come look at the vehicle then also. The sales rep said he would give me a call if that was doable. I never received a call so I assumed he was busy for the day. I showed up for my appointment on Saturday at my scheduled time. The sales rep was with another person and after a few minutes, said he would be bouncing back and forth between us. He then said he will have the vehicle brought around the front. Long story short, the vehicle was the same model but not the one I was really interested in. I was then informed that they were unable to transport any vehicles and that one was on their lot already. What's the point of scheduling an appointment to see a vehicle that I'm interested in for it not to be there? I drove 2 and a half hours and pulled a down payment from the bank to purchase a vehicle that wasn't there. A waste of my time, gas, and money. I understand things happen, but a simple phone call before my appointment stating they were unable to get the vehicle would have avoided this review. Just a side note, I would have been perfectly fine driving to the location of the vehicle I wanted. However, they were unable to locate the vehicle multiple times on my previous calls so that's why I scheduled an appointment and it would be "transported" to this location. After extensive calling around to different locations, the vehicle I had money in hand to buy was at a DIFFERENT location being looked at by another person at the same time as my scheduled appointment at Hallstead and it sold shortly after.

Called in to try and get some warranty work done and the service advisor said they weren't taking in any new work unless the vehicle was purchased directly from them. Luckily there's about 5 other Ford dealers I can visit and take my future business to.

Bought my Kia Seltos from Justin. Can't say enough great things about him. I traded in another Kia and Justin made sure to get me the right Seltos that I wanted from another location and he had it the next day for me. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and I never felt anything other than welcome. Above and beyond and I fully recommend Simmons-Rockwell.
