We're a small town with a lot of people and only one Post Office. Despite the majority of Post Office's being understaffed I've never walked right in and had to wait for someone to help me. Staff here is friendly, welcoming and always ready to help!

Very rude and lazy mailman!!!!!! Same complaint as many others - he refuses to deliver packages. Shoves packages in the mailbox that clearly do not fit! I can understand why the postal service is struggling. Employees do not care about their customers. Only about themselves.

Same as others, refuses to deliver packages. Doesn’t even notify me my packages are at the post office. Today I watched the postal delivery person fly down my road doing at least 50mph and didn’t stop at a single mailbox on my road. I find it had to believe that not a single person on my street got mail today.

Spoke with Chris yesterday who didn't seem to understand what I meant when I said my package/box was left on the road instead of my porch. I had to say this several times and I'm not even sure if she understood then. They also stuff packages in my mailbox rather than deliver it to my house which is annoying.

Like others expressed, they can not even properly deliver packages. I've shown pictures, talked to the post master, expressed concern and reassured that it would change. Never happens, just excuses. Once again I need to go to the post office because theyre to lazy to get out of their cars to properly deliver my mail.

It's a shame I have to give you 1 star, because your postal carriers do not deserve even that! I am so very tired of having to rip open packages shoved into my mailbox, that could have been delivered to my door. It is a MAILBOX, for mail, not for parcels or packages!! Why can't you drop them at the door, why do you insist on shoving them in the mailbox? Would you like to receive your mail this way?

Tiny parking lot, very hard to get in and out if a couple other customers are there, but the regular staff is wonderful - super friendly and helpful!!
