Clean gas station with average pricing and a self-service and automatic car wash

Used my Advance Auto Perks Rewards to get discount on gas. Tap does not work and sign looks worn like it has been that way for a while. Car wash on site (both self-serve and 1 small automated bay). Can purchase at the same time as purchasing gas at pump.
