Food quality has gone WAY downhill lately. Got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it looks like someone dumped an entire bottle of ranch onto the top. Fried apps are way overdone. Not sure what's happening to this Sheetz.

Food quality is extremely hit or miss. This is what my sub looked like tonight after ordering. You call this Double steak? The provolone is on 1 side with them stuck together. It was also cold, they didn't heat it up.
Make sure you check your food before leaving, I will be doing so from now on.

Ordered curbside. Checked in & App said order ready at 815. At 825, no order yet. Went in and found it on the pick up shelf. Employee said new parking spot issues with the app. Okay- glitch maybe. But then I finally get home to find our food was smooshed. (App sampler box, two sandwiches, a cheesesticks order in their small paper bag with the top rolled down) My sandwich had no mayo and they shorted me my two, paid for marinara sauces. After the longest Monday ever, not the result I was hoping for. The employee was very nice and it's certainly not his fault. This store REALLY needs to step up their quality game. And if you are having App issues with your new parking spots, then bag those parking spots til it's fixed. Horribly disappointed.

My doordash order from this Sheetz was completely and utterly messed up and after speaking with my door dash driver who had to wait there for 20 minutes as the smoothie I ordered was made before the food I ordered melted and was then told they would not remake it for him. He also then had to grab half of the convenience items himself instead of them getting them since they were on the order. Also 2 out of the 3 mto meals I ordered where completely cold and my snack wraps where drenched in salt like someone dumped the entire container into it. I later than was also told this was all prepared and handled by the manager on duty named Jax who was nothing but disrespectful and rude to my doordasher Seth who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Waste of $40 for a late night meal. After that service id prefer starving. I also then called back in to have a higher manager reach out to me about this and was never even called back. Probably because the manager Jax who knew I was calling about them figured the complaint regarded them. I don't know how management at this Sheetz is trained let alone supervised but it's unacceptable. Glad that's Sheetz standard.
