Cashier (male) was very rude in the self checkout and not helpful. He came over took my noodles out of my bag and said meanly these did not scan. I heard them scan, but due to the weight did not register. Then he kept staring at me like I was trying to steal something. Finally when I had a question about when my discount would be given he said "did you push done and pay yet" he could have answered my question nicely. There was a lady there helping him(I guess)
She was kind and told me to have a nice evening. He clearly needs to be at a different area.

My cashier, Brooke, was kind and helpful... she made my day... fine example of an excellent employee for the younger generation... she deserves a raise!!!

It is not customer friendly to make persons download an app to qualify for "flash sales."
Thank you for your response. We will continue to shop there. We have had positive experiences otherwise with helpful salespersons. This was an unusual occurrence.

A great place to shop. Thier prices are alittle expensive but they do have good deals and if you sign up for a Giant card you can get even greater deals and cents off on one of Giants gas stations.

This place is ridiculous they never have any subs made but they have no problems standing around doing nothing though. Giant is too expensive you spend 100.00 and walk out with two bags. I’d rather shop at Boyers in Lykens I go there and spend 200.00 and leave with a shopping cart. This place is a joke and a rip off.
