Worst experience here today and I feel sorry for the 2 ladies working here. Came to pick up a ring with my wife and a black guy came in bring blatantly racist, vulgar, and obscene. Talking about beating people and his private parts. Instead of kicking him out, the manager kept entertaining him. We will not be coming to this outlet and i hope the ladies find a job with a manager willing to keep his morals over a sale
*Edit ~ Reached out to Dee Dee and she assured me that the situation was discussed at length with her team and that the situation everyone was put in will be handled differently if (and hopefully it doesn’t) were to ever happen again.

We had the absolute best experience! My 21 year old engagement ring broke and another store said it could not be repaired. I'm super sentimental and wanted my ring not a new one. Zales repaired the ring for less than we thought it would cost and gave a lifetime warranty on it! We will NEVER go anywhere else! The people were professional and kind! The service was outstanding! And the repair made my ring look brand new!

I always go to this Zales for all my jewelry needs. I recently got engaged and Chris was so helpful helping my fiancé pick out the perfect ring. When we were shopping for my wedding band I wasn’t 100% sure on what I wanted and Chris was so helpful even with all my indecisiveness. Highly recommend booking an appointment at one of their diamond events! They never disappoint at the Grove City location!

Bill was great. He showed me exactly what I said I was looking for and I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. The longest part was waiting for paperwork to be completed. 10/10 recommend. Great sale also!
