DO NOT go here for a passport!! I showed up with the correct forms to get a new passport, and the guy gave me different forms to fill out. I got my old passport back in the mail 3 months later with a letter saying that they couldn’t complete my request because I had sent the wrong forms. I had to call to get an appointment to get a new passport on the spot because I have travel within 2 weeks, and they told me what forms I had to fill out. Turns out they were the forms I showed up with! So now I have to take a day off of work to drive 6 hours to go get a new expedited passport which costs and additional $60, and these people won’t do anything about it. I have all this stress and extra time and expense put into this because this guy messed up, and they will not even reimburse me for the extra cost or even the money I already paid for the first attempt! If you need a passport, definitely go somewhere else. You won’t regret it.

I had mail to go out and they never got it. Trying to send bills and if they are late it's not my fault its the mail carriers. This has happened more than once. I put the flag up too.The ppl next to get there mail, Its only about 10 to 20 steps from their mailbox to mine!Not happy at all!

I have an online business and have learned the hard way that if you want to make sure this PO will not “lose” your outgoing package you must walk in, hand it over, ask them to scan it and Get A Receipt. They’ve “lost” 3 of my packages in one week. When I called after the first one was never scanned, I got a gentleman that said, “You dropped it off Monday? Well it could be anywhere that was like a week ago.” It was Friday. The USPS website help center did a trace and the package never left the post office. I’ll be using UPS from now on.

Just wanted to thank our mail man, who delivers around 11:30 am on Center St., for delivering our wedding album (the was in an orange package all torn up - not that you would have known but still who leave a package out in the pouring rain!?!) during the storms on Wednesday. It was really nice of you to leave it on our front stoop in the pouring rain. You couldn't even open our screen door to put it in there out of the rain or walk 2 feet and put it on our covered porch? Thanks to you it got soaking wet and ruined...because who is actually home midday to get their mail put of the rain? Thanks.

Always super friendly & helpful staff at the window. They go above and beyond to meet any customer needs. They take the time to get to know you & that's so important, yet seemingly lost in today's businesses. Our mail carrier has been such a gem. She has gotten to know our dogs & makes such an effort with big packages. Our mailbox is old & worn out and she takes the time- every time- to see that it closes properly. Love our local USPS office/staff. Great place!

So rude! Seriously, if one does not like the job they have..find a new one instead of being rude and disrespectful to the customers..Lucky I don't remember the name of the employee or I'd report her!

My husband and I put 22 packages in a CLEAR plastic bag around Christmas time for their convenience. I hate holding up lines and thought we were helping them out. They lost all of the packages. They never got scanned. Our customers never received their merchandise and we lost out on over $250.00 of merchandise and shipping fees.
I even reported this incident and nothing was done. We just got a oh sorry too bad letter in the mail. I understand we should have watched the packages get scanned, but I don't see how that many packages just not get scanned at all. We usually go to Mercer, and this one time my husband drops them off by his work they lose all of our packages. NEVER AGAIN will I use this post office. They could have looked at security footage but they didn't. They could have reached out to us and did something for their mistake but they didn't.
Very disappointed.

I seem to always have a good experience at this location. I haven't read the one star reviews...but...I think the USPS is doing quite well keeping up with technology and service. I recently had to mail a motor cycle tire in a box...and they were cheaper and faster than UPS. And...they're a real location! The folks here are always kind and treat customers with respect. (And since these are the guys that deliver to our house...I have to say the whole crew does a good job. They walk packages up to our door, ring the bell and they're on their way.) Thanks for the great service.
