“My husband and I visited this store. We were down from Ontario, doing some shopping. We were greeted by Isabella and Isabella spent a good hour helping us with different sizes. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes. Isabella was a delight and was very friendly. We will definitely return.”

“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”
“While our visit to this store is generally good, love the shoes and sales. One small disappointment was a sales associate was doing the dropped pants style that I’m sure is not the stores dress code. At one point trying shoes on I turned at eye level and there was a pair of blue underwear and butt crack. Let’s fix this unprofessional dress at work place and all is good”

“They usually have pretty good sales. They also offer a AAA discount. Last time I got two pairs of shoes for less than $60. <They have moved a little farther down in the same building.> I like all of Grove City Outlets, it makes a great place to window shop, and your not always in the air conditioning with the outdoor setting. A nice place just to spend time and enjoy the day...”

“We were passing through for a tournament. We stopped. There was a good selection of things, but with the exchange it seemed better to just wait for back to school sales in our area. (note this is not an issue with the store) There are definitely items we don't see at our stores though.”
“I was looking for the same shoe I had already had, didn’t see it so,began trying on other ones liked it. Three men standing at the register talking while lots of customers looking around the store. I went to three men asked if the shoe I was looking at was the same as my original one the one gentleman said yes, no help whatsoever.
Abby came over to me and told me that the shoe I was trying on was not waterproof. Thank goodness she did because I needed waterproof. She was very helpful and kind and got me exactly what I needed. The other three salespeople continued talking while Abby did all the work. Abby should get a raise.”
“We stopped by the mall yesterday evening, a boy named very tall boy and a young boy named Adam were helpful. The store was very busy, people were everywhere making a mess out of things. The registers were fairly quick. The rest of the mall is open a little later, something about a short staffing.”
