My husband and I would like use this venue to thank Saxony House Furniture (Randy&Suzanne) for making sure we were happy with our furniture. I’m not going into specific details about our experience. What I will say is we weren’t happy with our purchase. So Randy provided us with an option that I would wager very few furniture stores would even consider. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with our “second chance”.If you’re shopping for furniture, and want a store committed to their customers, then Saxony House in Grove City is the store.

Wonderful furniture store with very helpful and kind staff. My wife and I showed up late one day and the owner stayed after they were closed to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She provided color swatches and everything we needed to take home and make an informed purchasing decision. They also offered 12 month financing with no interest and free shipping. I know where we will be doing all of our furniture shopping in Grove City from now on!

Who knew that there is a gigantic furniture store in little Grove City!! Saxony House is huge and has a lot of stuff. I was in the market for lazy boy recliners and they had a nice selection. I had already researched lazy boy recliners online with a number of the big name online stores and their prices at saxony house were competitive. I also think that their sales folks are very helpful and friendly. We haven't gotten the new recliners yet, so I can't comment on tha. But so far it's been a good experience and I highly recommend them.

We bought many items from the grove city store, never any problems. 2 yrs ago we bought a couch & recliner with a total of 3 power recline buttons. Last month my button on my recliner chair went bad, we'll they ordered me a new one at no charge ( my warranty was out & I told them that ) but they told me no problem & would NOT take any money. We will return to the store & shop for a new King mattress soon. Very Happy!

Do not shop here they are dishonest! My Mom ordered furniture from them in June and never received it. They had her money the whole time but would not substitute another style. They kept letting on her set was on the way... lying repeatedly. They said my Mom's order had been shipped when she checked on it several times, yet it was not. Then they said it was really popular and so that's why it was taking longer. They refused to let her have a second choice even though months had gone by. My Mom is an elderly widow and my brother finally had to go in and get her a refund after much hassle and no furniture! So, spare yourself the headache shop somewhere else!!
