The new ATM machine outside is a joke. Thanks for making your customers unsafe by moving it out there. Also, I tried using it and it does not work! After 3 attempts of trying to insert my card as instructed, the machine claimed to be temporarily out of order.

Been with Northwest since I was 17 and opened my first savings account. Every worker greets me with a smile and treats me like a person, not a customer. I love going in and having small talk amongst them. Highly recommend, as they have great rates as well.

Customer service at this location is awful. They r rude and can tell they don't like their job. I've never in my life had someone say What do u need instead of hello how can I help u. On 2 separate occasions this happened what I need is a new bank is what I'm going to do and say next time
