The manager Chris was fantastic!! She resolved an issue I had and made me feel like I the customer came first!! Which many retailers these days do not! I've always loved Kirklands and was heartbroken when they moved out of my mall. But I will definitely be back to the Grove City, PA location! Thank you Chris for going above and beyond to get my beautiful picture.... I LOVE IT!!!!
