Went here yesterday with a group a friends and was humiliated. I tried using my teaching discount and she didn’t believe me without providing something. I offered multiple ways to show her where I worked. I even tried showing her my email on my work email and she basically said she couldn’t accept that.
Told me she would “google” me to see if I worked there. I was humiliated and why would someone lie about that?
Her name was Morgan and had glasses. I was going to buy more stuff but I decided not to since she acted like I was lying about where I work. I went to Michael Kors and had no issue or really anywhere else not believing me where I work.
I won’t be back.

Don’t go here if you are black. They have some serious racial profiling issues. I paid $150 for my order. They couldn’t locate it. And was looking at me like I was the most suspicious person in the universe. They were acting Iike I was making up stories to pull a fast one on them. It was two ladies cornering and staring me down. And one lady was confident that I didn’t place an order with them. Like…do you not see the ID waving in your face. Or perhaps the order number is too blurry on my $1500 iPhone. Is the address on the order ready pick email confusing for you despite my being at the right location. Maybe I should have worn my government badge showcasing my accomplishments they couldn’t dare match. You have to have intelligence to succeed in life. This is a disgusting excuse for a business. I will take the high road and never return. I make too much money to let racist people stop me from living my best life. I legit had to tell the ladies who were gawking at me “I don’t know what is going on but I am here for order pick up.” I didn’t even flinch at their continuous unprofessionalism. And when they found my order, it was mysteriously in a place they don’t normally put orders. Like a retailed $300 and $400 bag I snagged for $150 (for both) that is paid for in full is placed in a secret spot only one person can find. Is that your way of hoping to steal customer orders? Disgusting.

I'm a kate spade new york fan and was tickled to see that Grove City outlet has a store! It's a cute boutique store that has a variety of different purses and some other accessories like scarves, but the primary focus was on the purses. I loved how everything was arranged because it was very easy to see the styles, colors, and availability without having to dig through merchandise. Everything also was spread out enough to allow me to easily look around without being in a logjam or preventing someone else from looking around. The staff were great! They were attentive without being overbearing. There's another purse store in the Outlets where I feel like the employees stalk me throughout the space, but I didn't get that here. I also liked how there was no pressure selling. When I paused to look at a purse either I was able to do so without any comments or they'd talk about the style, the use, and any feature I may have missed. When I opted for a purse they kindly rang my purchase. It was a very easy shopping experience!

If you love Kate Spade this is one of the best stores you will find around here! They are stocked with a nice variety. They are very ready and willing to assist you. It is very nice. I love this store because they make sure to let you know they can help you if you need, but they do not pester you. This store is my guilty pleasure ?
