At first Helen was very responsive and processed my documents in a speedy timely manner but when I asked her to make a change to my return, she became unresponsive. I sent multiple messages with no response and feel as if she became bothered and my return then took a back seat. It will be since Monday around 3pm since I have heard from her regarding the changes and I still have not gotten the amended return to electronically sign. Seeing as the first return was done so quickly, I don't understand why making one would derail the process.
