Called in tell me to be there in 40 minutes get there she tells me I will have to wait hour because they take walk-ins even if u have an appointment not the first time

I had a set appointment for noon today. I scheduled my work day around the appointment. I sat for 45 minutes waiting. I had to just walk out. I guess making an appointment is irrelevant.Service: Manicure

They did a fabulous job on my nails. Had a manicure and a pedicure. Had an appointment at 3:00 and it was after 3:30 before they got started on me. Short staffed but still did a wonderful job, And we're so polite and kind to me.
