Update!!! TECHS ARE COMING AGAIN THIS THURSDAY. THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. 3RD CALL IN 4 WEEKS. highly recomme if u need service all the time with no interruption u go elsewhere. SERVICE IN SLIPPERY ROCK BY ARMSTRONG INTERNET IS the weakest...i guarentee u lose service if not daily then every other day....I've had service since 2015. I recently moved to slippery rock and the internet service and cable service Is horrible. I'm currently looking for another provider. Everyday at least 5 times a day the internet isn't working which means no cable either. I have the biggest package and internet doesn't work. It's so frustrating. Currently it's 7am and guess what??? No service yet again. I've called 10 times and it still hasn't been corrected. And no they do not give credits if ur service doesn't work.

I’ve had service for about 3 weeks now and have outages 3 times. I feel sympathy for the people answering the phones.Calling into support, I’ve been on hold for 14 minutes and counting.Update: 20 minutes and counting.Update: 35 minutes and counting.I give up. I’m taking a shower.It was up for about 30 minutes but down again.Since the above rant, to the best of my knowledge, both internet and TV has been up for 3 days.3 weeks later and service has been consistently up, both tv and internet. I’ve upgraded to two stars and will attempt to update.2 months later and service has been consistently up. Their app for iPhone and iPad (Exp) has been very stable if running my home network. I use iPad as 2nd Tv. I’ve never tried on public networks. I’m Increasing number of “stars” they get.

My internet drops atleast 100+ times a day. I work from home and can't even work most of the time, about to result in me losing my job. Yet when we call to say something, it's always "your router says it's online".. yeah at this moment it does! Had the router replaced, still an issue. This has been happening for years, yet the neighbors Armstrong doesn't drop.

The technician (and I use the term loosely) mangled my Ethernet cable in my garage door and then left early because he "had to" go turkey hunting. Also, their marketing and artificial service limitations are very unprofessional.

I am an older customer and quite often Armstrong worked me through technical problems. Their service is ALWAYS very spot on and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to others.

We use them for home internet and phone (cable isn't worth it) and find them to be very reliable with good support. Price is in line with the market (they all seem too high)

If I could give negative stars and use another company, I would. Unfortunately this sub par, poor excuse, of a media provider is the only choice. In January, I upgraded my internet package because with the package I had, streaming was in a perpetual circle of death (aka loading video mode) and upgraded to streaming cable as well. Turned out to be a bad decision as the problem has only gotten worse. The daily bouts of loading video, not connected to internet messages, rebooting…you name it and phone calls to customer service has only increased.. Since “upgrading “, I have called customer service too many times to count and have had “Techs” come on service calls only to place a band aid on it at least 4 times, which is problematic since I work 35 minutes from home and have to leave work to accommodate when they can be there…end result - still doesn’t work properly and Armstrong still doesn’t care. As long as they get my $250 each month for their lackluster service, they are happy. I’ll bet if I took it upon myself to prorate my payment to reflect the days it was actually problem free (which is never) and billed Armstrong for my missed time at work, it wouldn’t take long for them to disconnect it, but then again how would I know since most of the time it doesn’t work properly anyway . My advice if you have another option use it.

2 stars onky because the employees are nice.I have had nothing but trouble with my internet service with Armstrong since moving to Slippery Rock last year. My internet goes out frequently and its always a "physical issue" with the outside line that needs fixed. Who can repeatedly wait for the cable company to show up to fix it? Currently searching for alternatives to Armstrong.

Every day we lose Internet like whatever and this company just refuses to correct the source of the problem. They are the worst and basically bank on you not being able to get another Internet provider.

Poor cable and internet in Wexford area. Always buffering and repeating. They changed the ground connection at the street and improved for a month. Then reverted back to same poor service. They can fix it they chose not to is mu review
